The Social Science Experimental Laboratory (SSEL) at New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD) supports the protection of human subjects participating in research. The following information is provided for you to decide whether you wish to register for the Online Recruitment System for Economic Experiments (ORSEE). You should be aware that registration is completely voluntary and, even after you register, you are free to withdraw from the registry at any time without penalty.

Registering on this platform will enable the SSEL team to send you invitations via email to participate in upcoming research studies. The registration process is expected to take approximately ten minutes to complete. Your identifiable information will be securely stored on an NYUAD server, accessible only by the SSEL admin team.

Note that all studies conducted at the SSEL must comply with NYU Abu Dhabi’s Human Research Protection Program. This ensures that these studies do not violate the rights or welfare of participants.
